General Questions

Where I can Find my purchases?

All purchases and their download links can be found within your “My
Account” area under “Orders” and “Downloads.” Simply click on the
Download link.

Can I re-download my designs?

Absolutely. You may access your purchased designs at any time by logging
in to your So Fontsy Account and clicking “Downloads”.  There is no
limit to how many times you can download each item.

Can I use this design for commercial use?

Yes, you can! But you can’t resell them!

What Crafting machine do I need to use your products?

We are proud to offer an array of designs for different types of
crafters. Our SVG cut file designs are optimized to work flawlessly with
Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, StarCraft CREATE and many more
cutters/plotters. Our sublimation & print-then-cut designs will work
great with their appropriate printers. Our Glowforge/Laser designs work
amazingly well with any laser software that works with SVG files. If
you have any issues please contact support and they can assist you.

How do I go about unzipping your product files?

When you download one file, it will come in .zip format. You will have to unzip it. In the unzipped file, you will find different formats like SVG, DXF, ESP, PDF or PNG.

  • PC: Right-click on the zip file and click “Unzip” or “Extract” (depending on your computer)
  • MAC: Simply double-click on the zip file and it will unzip.
  • iPhone: Download app ‘iZip’ from App Store. Unzip the file using the app. Import it into software app.
  • Android: Select the file and click on ‘Extract.’ Import to software app and use.


Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Due to digital items, we can't accept return, exchange, or cancellation
anyway. So, download the files and print the design on your t-shirt,
mug, pillow, decal, etc. Cheers!

What if I accidentally purchase a product twice?

In this case, we would be happy to refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here!
